iVitality Telehealth is a comprehensive telehealth provider offering mental health support, weight loss management, COVID-19 treatments, emotional support animal certification, travel prescriptions and preventive medicine to residents of Florida and Puerto Rico.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment online by clicking the “Book Appointment” button on any page. Follow the prompts to select your service, date, and time, appointments are available 24/7.
What technology do I need for a telehealth appointment?
You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a computer or smartphone with a camera and microphone, and a quiet, private space for your consultation.
What kind of COVID-19 treatments do you provide?
We provide medication management, symptom monitoring, lab orders and testing, and post-COVID care, including prescriptions for FDA-approved medications when appropriate.
Are telehealth services covered by insurance?
At this time we do not accept insurance. However, our services are priced to be affordable and transparent, with no hidden fees.
What conditions do you treat under mental health services?
Anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, eating disorders, ADHD/ADD, insomnia and substance abuse, among others.
Can you prescribe medication during a mental health consultation?
Yes, our licensed providers can prescribe and manage medications when clinically appropriate as part of your treatment plan.
How do I qualify for an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letter?
Patients undergo a private telehealth assessment with a licensed professional to determine if an ESA is appropriate. If you qualify, we issue an official ESA letter compliant with federal and local regulations.
